Annex extension

We needed a bespoke, adaptable design for an annex which it had to be completed within a specific timescale due to COVID-19. SBS Design and Build came up with six different designs all of which would’ve done the job but obviously we got to cherry pick the one we felt would work best. The whole result was seamless for us (the customer) from start to finish. We were clear on the price as we had a fixed price contract. We had a project manager allocated to us and we had an update of the project on a regular basis (at least two weekly). All of the staff where trustworthy, honest, reliable and they kept the site extremely tidy throughout the process. The result was accomplished within 12 weeks and that we were delighted with! The finished result was completed to a high standard & the building inspector was very complimentary about the project and the design. We now have a contemporary, bespoke, stylish annex that’s adaptable for a variety of uses. Obviously from time to time during any projects, there are queries from the customer, but these were always dealt with as quickly and as efficiently as possible through our project manager.
