Starter home new build

This project, for an investment company, was a refurbishment and extension of the original end terrace property but we also got planning for an additional property on the large corner plot. Designing a new starter home, in keeping with the current terrace, we got planning passed quickly and this lovely home sold in its first week on the market. Clean, contemporary finishes and a modern kitchen onto a easily kept garden make for an exceptional starter home.
